Graduation Instructions


Please find full instructions at the Graduate School’s website for Graduation Instructions and look under the tab for Master’s Capstone Candidates. Note that dates for submitting the needed graduation forms, as below, are firm deadlines set by the Rutgers Camden Graduate School.

Steps for Graduating


Step 1. Complete the Online Diploma Application form by the following deadline:

  • May graduates: March 1
  • October graduates: August 15
  • January graduates: December 19

Step 2. Complete the Application for Admission to Candidacy form by the following deadline:

  • May graduates: May 9
  • October graduates: September 13
  • January graduates: January 3

Step 3. Complete the Capstone Title Page form

  • once the capstone is approved by your faculty advisor

Step 4. Upload Your Approved Capstone to the Capstone Repository
